Reservation & Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required for all appointment reservations and VitaNovu requires a 48 hour notice for all cancellations. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of a paid deposit or a fee for the full cost of the scheduled service, which will be posted to the credit card on file used for the reservation. This policy will be strictly enforced with the exception of medical emergencies approved by management on a case-by-case basis

Financial Policy

VitaNovu is a cash only, self-pay establishment and payment is expected at the time of service. We do not take checks as a form of payment, only credit card, cash or financing options through GreenSky or Care Credit. We do not bill insurance companies for any services provided and will not be held responsible for any charges you submit on your own. VitaNovu makes NO guarantee for coverage and assumes NO responsibility for providing information to insurance companies, collecting insurance claims, or for negotiations in the settlement of a disputed claim. If you fail to make payments in a timely manner, you will be responsible for all costs of collecting monies owed, including court costs, collection agency fees, and attorney fees when necessary.

Refund Policy

VitaNovu does not offer refunds on ANY treatments, used or unused, unless medical contraindications exist or occur and have been revealed and/or discussed with management and the staff physician. VitaNovu is happy to refund any unused purchases for in store credit or a gift card. Unopened skin care products can be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Skin care products that cause adverse reactions can be returned for in store credit or a gift card if returned within 30 days of purchase.
